Please read these 17 sections before placing an order. They describe the store, game license, order process and your rights.
1. Operator and contact
This website is operated by GUANGMO TRADING LIMITED（光陌貿易有限公司）, with company contact address RM D3 4/F HENG SANG IND BLDG 185-187 WAI YIP ST KWUN TONG HONG KONG. Contact GMO_trading@outlook.com for customer support, contractual questions or notices. These Terms apply to browsing, accounts and purchases through this store.
2. Scope and eligibility
Use the store only if you can enter a valid purchase contract in your jurisdiction. If you cannot do so independently, a parent or legal guardian must make and supervise the purchase. Games are intended for general leisure and have no gambling, cash prize or cash-out function. Product descriptions and mandatory consumer rules supplement these Terms.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and billing details and protect your password. Purchases, order history and download access are associated with your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Do not share access credentials, impersonate another person or use another customer’s order links. We may limit access reasonably necessary to address abuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.
4. Games and descriptions
We offer the original single-player games described on their product pages. Each offline edition is supplied as a ZIP containing play.html and a README. Game pages identify controls, objectives, price and included features. Browser previews are time-limited samples and may contain fewer pairs or a shorter session. These products are not third-party accounts, branded game keys or licensed items from an unrelated publisher.
5. License and intellectual property
After confirmed payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the purchased edition on your own devices, subject to rights granted by law. The purchase does not transfer ownership of code, artwork or the website. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense or misrepresent the games as another publisher’s work. Original game code and canvas visuals belong to GUANGMO TRADING LIMITED; software platform components retain their own licenses.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are in USD and are shown before submission. There are no recurring subscription or in-game charges. Digital delivery has no physical shipping cost. We show taxes we collect in the checkout total; conversion charges or obligations independently imposed by a provider or authority are separate. We may change prices for future orders. A material error will be explained before correction or cancellation of an affected unfulfilled order.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Submitting an order records your request to buy the listed edition. An order acknowledgment alone is not a receipt for payment or confirmation of download access. Acceptance and supply depend on the order’s payment and fulfillment status. Check the game, amount and account details before submitting. We may decline or cancel orders we cannot fulfill, reasonably suspected fraudulent orders or materially erroneous listings, with appropriate notice and refund of collected funds when required.
8. Payment and exceptions
Use the payment method actually offered at checkout. A PayPal label or a Pending payment status does not mean a charge has occurred. Confirmation must come from the provider and be reflected in the order. If no provider authorization occurs, no payment is collected through this checkout. We do not request payment-account passwords or full card details through support forms. Report mismatches using your order and provider reference.
9. Delivery and fulfillment
Digital downloads are made available through the purchasing account after recorded, confirmed payment. Pending, on-hold, cancelled and failed orders do not provide access. No physical parcel is shipped. Keep a backup of your downloaded edition; continued hosting and future updates are not promised. 10. Cancellation and withdrawal
You can use an available cancellation action for an unpaid pending order or contact support. For paid orders or supplied content, withdrawal and change-of-mind rights depend on the circumstances and mandatory law. General acceptance of these Terms is not treated as a waiver of statutory rights. Specific express-consent requirements for immediate digital supply must be satisfied where applicable. 11. Returns, refunds and remedies
There is no physical return process for games. Contact us for duplicate charges, non-delivery, defects or a material mismatch with the description. We will assess appropriate correction, replacement, reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original method; bank receipt is distinct from our approval. Refunded purchases no longer supply future downloads for the refunded game. 12. Acceptable use
Do not damage the service, attempt to access another customer’s data, distribute malware, interfere with checkout or use the site for fraud. Do not scrape private order or account information. We may remove abusive material or restrict harmful activity using proportionate measures. Such measures do not remove valid consumer remedies for purchases already made.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy policy explains account, order and support information, necessary session cookies and service communications. Necessary cookies keep the cart and signed-in session working. This build does not enable marketing analytics or advertising cookies. Transactional communications concern your account or order; subscribing to marketing is not a condition of buying a game.
14. Availability, compatibility and warranties
Use a current browser with JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas. Local HTML-file support, particularly on mobile devices, varies, so test the preview and check the stated requirements. Current rounds reset on closure; cloud saves, multiplayer and audio are not included. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every future browser. These statements do not exclude guarantees or quality obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Liability and events outside control
We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted, we do not promise recovery of business losses or consequences outside the reasonably expected personal use of the game. Network failures, provider outages or other events outside reasonable control may delay service; we will assess affected orders and appropriate remedies. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
16. Governing law and disputes
Hong Kong law governs these Terms to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections or forum rights applicable where you live. Contact us first with your order reference so we can investigate. If a dispute cannot be resolved, available courts, consumer authorities and dispute procedures remain subject to applicable law. These Terms do not force a consumer to abandon a mandatory local remedy.
17. Updates, severability and contact
We may update these Terms for future use and orders; the effective date is shown on this page. An update does not retroactively remove mandatory rights or the agreed edition of an existing purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as far as the law permits.
