Digital games cannot be returned as physical parcels. Your statutory rights for defective, misdescribed or undelivered digital content remain unaffected.
When to contact us
Please contact us if you have a duplicate paid order, an unauthorized transaction concern, a missing download after confirmed payment, a corrupt file, a game that materially differs from its description, or a technical defect preventing the described use. Describe the problem before deleting the file so we can identify the relevant edition. A free preview is available on every game page to help assess controls and device compatibility.
How to request help or a refund
Email GMO_trading@outlook.com or use our support form. Include your order number, checkout email, game title, reason for the request and relevant error details. We may ask for information reasonably needed to match the order or reproduce the issue. Never send card numbers, passwords or sensitive documents unrelated to the request. There is no physical return address for downloads.
Assessment and remedies
We assess the order, payment, delivery, description and reported defect. Depending on the issue and applicable law, a remedy may be technical assistance, corrected content, replacement, a price adjustment or a refund. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule on defective digital content. A download or a general acceptance of terms does not by itself waive mandatory consumer rights.
Change of mind and cancellation
If you change your mind before confirmed payment or digital delivery, request cancellation promptly. After access has begun, eligibility depends on the circumstances and the consumer law that applies; please contact us for assessment. Where local law requires an express request or consent before immediate digital supply or a withdrawal-right acknowledgment, those specific requirements must be met; a routine terms checkbox is not treated as a waiver. How approved refunds are processed
An approved funds refund is normally sent to the original payment method where available. We confirm the amount and processing status; your payment provider and bank determine when it appears. We do not promise a fixed bank settlement time or ask you to pay a separate fee to receive a refund. An unpaid pending order has no collected payment to refund.
Downloads after refund
A fully refunded order, or an entirely refunded game line, no longer supplies download access for that purchase. A partial price adjustment does not automatically remove an otherwise paid game. Refunds do not give a right to share or resell previously downloaded files. Another valid, paid purchase of the same game remains independent.
