Information we collect
We collect account email, username and a securely hashed password; billing name, address and country where required at checkout; order items, amounts, statuses and payment references when supplied; support details you send; and operational information such as IP addresses, session identifiers, browser requests and error logs. Do not submit card numbers or payment-account passwords through our forms. The browser games themselves do not send gameplay or scores to us.
Why we use it
We use information to maintain accounts, preserve carts, record orders, verify payment, provide eligible downloads, answer requests, investigate misuse, comply with lawful recordkeeping and resolve disputes. Where applicable, the basis is performance of the purchase contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or consent for an optional activity. We do not sell customer information or use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary WordPress and WooCommerce cookies maintain login, security and cart sessions, including wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_*. You can remove cookies in your browser, but accounts and checkout may stop working. A game round lives in the current page memory and is not a cloud save.

International processing and retention
Our company is based in Hong Kong. Hosting, payment or email providers may process data in other locations when those services are used. Applicable safeguards depend on the actual provider and legal requirements. We retain account and transaction records as needed for service, accounting, disputes and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify information when no longer needed. Retention is not indefinite by default, and we assess deletion requests against obligations to keep specific records.

You can update account details through My account and ask GMO_trading@outlook.com for access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights available under applicable privacy law, including Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance where relevant. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account. Some order records may need to be kept after account closure. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Consent to an optional activity can be withdrawn without changing earlier lawful processing.
Security and children
We use account access controls and restrict order downloads to the purchasing account with an eligible paid order. No internet system is entirely risk-free. Protect your credentials and tell us about suspected compromise. We do not knowingly ask children who cannot contract independently to open purchasing accounts; a parent or guardian should manage such purchases and contact us about incorrectly collected information.
