- Pending payment: the order is saved, but payment has not been confirmed. Downloads are not available.
- On hold: the order needs payment or manual verification. No download is released.
- Processing / Completed: when payment is recorded as confirmed, the game can be downloaded from My account → Downloads.
- Failed / Cancelled: the order does not provide download access. Check with your payment provider if a temporary authorization appears.
- Refunded: the refunded order no longer provides downloads. A refund request and a completed funds return are separate steps.
If payment is shown by your provider but your order is still pending, contact us with your order number and payment reference. Never send full card details or passwords.
