Please review the order total and payment status before making a purchase. Placing an order is separate from completing a payment.
Prices and currency
All listed prices and order totals are in US dollars (USD). Your checkout total is the amount shown before submission. These are one-time purchases; there are no recurring subscription fees or in-game purchases. We do not add a physical shipping fee for digital games. Any taxes we collect must be shown in the order total; your local authority or payment provider may separately apply obligations or conversion charges.
Payment method and confirmation
Checkout displays the available payment method. A PayPal selection or a saved order alone is not proof that money has moved. A payment is complete only when the payment provider confirms it and the order reflects that confirmation. If no payment authorization screen is presented, no payment has been taken by this checkout. Do not send money to an email address as a substitute for the checkout instructions.
Account and pending orders
Sign in or create an account before checkout so orders and downloads are linked to you. An order marked Pending payment is awaiting confirmation, and has no download entitlement. You can review it in My account → Orders. If you retry payment, use the existing order to avoid unnecessary duplicate orders.
Payment data and problems
We do not collect payment card numbers or payment-account passwords in our forms. Where an external payment flow is available, it is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice. Contact GMO_trading@outlook.com if an apparent charge does not match your order. Provide your order number, amount, date and provider reference, not card or account credentials.
Refunds and cancellations
See our Returns & refunds policy and Cancellation policy. An unpaid order does not require a funds refund. Refund approval, provider processing and receipt by your bank are distinct stages.
