Please cancel as soon as you know an order is no longer needed. Order cancellation and returning collected funds are different actions.
Unpaid orders
Sign in to My account → Orders. If an order is pending and a Cancel action is available, you can cancel it there. Alternatively contact us with the order number and checkout email. Cancelling an unpaid order prevents fulfillment of that order; it does not require a funds refund because no payment has been confirmed.
Paid orders before access
If payment has been confirmed and you wish to cancel before accessing the download, contact GMO_trading@outlook.com promptly. Digital access may become available after payment, so we cannot promise that a request will arrive before supply. We will review delivery and any applicable withdrawal rights and explain the appropriate remedy. Do not assume an email request has already cancelled or refunded the order.
After digital supply
Once access has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation depends on the circumstances and mandatory law. Rights for defects, non-delivery and inaccurate descriptions remain in place. We do not rely on the general terms checkbox alone as consent to waive a withdrawal right. See Returns & refunds for the request process.
No subscription to stop
Our games are one-time purchases. There is no auto-renewal, recurring membership or in-game billing plan to cancel. Deleting a local game file does not cancel an order or automatically trigger a refund. Keep your order reference when requesting assistance.
Our order cancellations
We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains a material pricing error, lacks payment confirmation or shows reasonable evidence of fraud or misuse. We will communicate through the account contact information where possible. If funds were collected for content we cannot supply, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
